Our Entrees or main course are mainly served with steak, grilled vegetables or cheeses. Most of this dishes are put on your table the same way we cooked them and served them in our Hometown (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Our culture is very commun gathering family, friends and neighbors on a  weekend cooking and serving Chorizo (pork sausage), morcilla (blood sausage), ... bife de chorizo (strip steak), matambre (flank steak),  and provoleta, a thick slice of cheese with prosciutto baked to perfection.
